How long does a build take?

The length of a build will depend on the type of home you are building and where you are building. We will always aim to get you into your new home as soon as possible- without compromising quality. Some construction builds have longer lead times. Once your home design is finalised your consultant will be able to advise on build time.

How do I choose the right block of land?

Finding the right block of land to suit the home you want is important to ensure you can build the house of your dreams. It also means you won’t have to worry about extra costs down the track. We have access to the very best new home and land packages across WA’s most exclusive new estates and communities due to our strong relationships with land developers.

Can I get my block assessed?

Yes, simply complete the Find out more form or contact us on 9241 1700 and we will organise a time that is suitable for you to come out and assess your block.

Can you help me find a home and land package?

We have excellent relationships with land developers across WA and we can access exclusive home and land packages. This ensures you have access to the best land at the best value first.

Do you do demolition and builds?

We specialise in demolition and build projects helping you stay in the location you love. Our Demo and Build experts take the stress away and guide you through the whole process.

If you need to find a block of land, our team will help you find the right block or guide you through demolishing your current home ensuring you have the most cost-effective demo and build solution. Find out more about how we help you every step of the way.

Can I purchase an existing display home?

Our extraordinary single and double storey display homes are available for you to own. Plus, we offer guaranteed rent return for up to five years. Each of our display homes have been built with premium finishing’s, landscaped gardens and the added bonus of a professional cleaning service a couple times a week.

Can I customise a standard home design?

Our design team is one of the most experience in WA with over 250 years’ experience. We specialise in customising designs to suit all lifestyles and needs. Our consultant will work with you to craft your perfect home.

What is a variation?

A variation is a change made to a standard home design. This can range from simply adding a new door or moving a window.

What are standard inclusions?

Standard inclusions are features and fixtures included in the price of the home. You can visit our world-class Showroom to see our amazing range of inclusions. And your consultant can advise you on your inclusions plus discuss any upgrades you may wish to make.

Can Ventura help me with a home loan?

We help you through your whole home building journey, including organising your finance. Whether your re-financing, down-sizing, investing or buying your first home there is a lot to consider. What will my repayments be?

Your repayments will depend on several factors including the amount of the loan, interest rate and type of loan. It is important to understand this before commencing your build. Our inhouse financial consultant will be able to help these and any other questions, but it’s also important to do your own research, talk to friends and seek external financial advice if needed.

When do I choose my colours and internals for my new home?

You can come and visit our brand new interactive Showroom which features our entire range of quality materials, including bricks and pavers, roofing materials, garage and interior doors, windows and window treatments, paint choices, bathroom and kitchen cabinet materials and fittings, appliances and more.

When you build with us, you have a complimentary consultation with our highly qualified interior designer, Hedy Legg. Your consultation will be held as part of the pre-start process after you have finalised your plans.

Who makes sure the slab is poured correctly?

Ensuring the foundations of your new home are constructed to the highest standard is integral to the quality of your build with Ventura Homes. When you build with us, the preparation and foundations process of your build is managed by our specialist Starts team. They oversee your slab being poured and ensure it is completed to the highest standard, so you can rest assured knowing your home build gets off to the right start.

When do I get to meet my site supervisor?

Just prior to construction starting until your key handover your customer liaison will be your primary point of contact.

During construction your dedicated client liaison will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet your construction site supervisor for the first time. This usually takes place shortly after the bricks arrive on site. This won’t be the only time you get to discuss your build with your site supervisor, you will also get to meet them for a tile meeting, after lock up, and a few times towards the end of the build to before handing over the keys.
